You’ll have to take a close look at this garage apartment plan to see everything it has to offer. The first floor offers a unique arrangement of garages. On the right, the 2-car garage opens to the front and offers 771 square feet of parking, a 16’x8’ garage door and a 9’-4” ceiling height. Behind it, a 1-car garage enters from the side and is perfect for your sports car or restored Mustang. It offers 282 square feet of parking, an 8’x8’ garage door and a 9’-4” ceiling. On the left side, an oversized RV bay boasts 1256 square feet of parking with a 12’x14’ overhead door, 16’ ceiling and access to the rear patio. This extra deep bay would not only accommodate an RV or motor home, but it could easily hold a boat and trailer or smaller vehicles in tandem fashion. Tucked between the garages you’ll find an entry area with powder room, mechanical area, and laundry facilities under the stairs. On the second floor, the living quarters are very comfortable.
