Here’s a two-car garage workshop plan that is sure to please any family handyman. The main level offers a double garage with 9’ ceiling and two 9’x8’ overhead doors. Tucked away in back is a nice workshop area, half bath, coat closet and entry area. (The first floor offers 864 square feet of usable space.) On the second floor, you find an unfinished loft (864 square feet) that was intentionally left unfinished/undeveloped to allow for personalization.
